How do I place an order?

  You can place an order online with our SSL secure shopping cart. Please read all instructions for personalizing each item carefully. There are full instructions listed on every page. Type all of your personalization instructions into the box labled "personalized text". Do not worry about running out of room in the box. It will fit an unlimited amount of text into it. If we have questions concerning your instructions, we will be sure to contact you with them.

At the end of your checkout you will be given three options for payment. You can pay using a credit card, by money order, or through PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please double check all information for accuracy and keep it for your records. Cancellations and changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

 

Can I pay by Money Order?

  Absolutely! Just place your order online, print off a copy of the email receipt that is sent to you and mail your Money Order within 2 weeks to:

  As soon as we receive your payment we will process your order and send it out to you. Orders that we have not received payment on within the 2 week time limit will be automatically canceled.

 

 

May I place my order by Phone?

  We really prefer you to do so online. It reduces the risk of spelling errors considerably. However, if you are uncomfortable giving your credit card information over the internet or have questions about typing in your text request, please give us a call and we will do everything we can to make the process easier for you. Please Note: Once you place your order with us we will email you an order confirmation within a few hours. You need to check this over carefully for any mistakes in spelling. It is your responsibility to contact us with any corrections, cancellations or that you did not receive the order confirmation. If we do not hear back from you by 12:00 midnight central time of the day you placed your order we will assume everything is correct and proceed with your order. If your item arrives with a mistake that is also shown on your order confirmation, we cannot offer you a free replacement!

 

 

Do I need to add personalization to the item?

  Absolutely not. This gift will be created just the way you want it. Just write "NONE" or leave blank where it asks for "Personalized Text" and we will not include any text anywhere on the item. However, since this item was still made to your specifications, it is still custom made and therefore cannot be returned.

 

 

Where will the personalization appear on the item?

  Unfortunately, it is difficult to describe since it depends on the item, the amount of text, and the design chosen. However, the text will be formatted as close to the sample image text as we possibly can. Of course, if you have a specific location you are shooting for, mention that during checkout on the box labeled "Special Instructions".

 

 

 I made a mistake on the item I ordered. Can I get a replacement?

  We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling and dates! Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 30% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

 


 

What is your turn around time once I place an order?

  You can expect to receive your order within two - three weeks, but since shipping times may vary, we cannot make guarantees. During the busier gift giving seasons, please allow up to four weeks for delivery.

  If you need a gift fast, contact us BEFORE placing your order and talk to a representative so that we may find ways to expedite your order.

  Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

Please understand that during the busy holiday season, this may not be possible. Only the orders placed before the posted holiday cutoff date are guaranteed to be delivered in time for the holidays.

 

 

Shipping- Domestic and International

  As a rule, most of our domestic and Canadian packages are sent via UPS Ground Service.  UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a valid street address when placing your order.

 

  Shipping charges are based on shipping within the continental United States. Shipment to locations outside the continental United States will incur additional shipping charges.

 

  Alaska and Hawaii Shipments:
  Please note that all shipment to Hawaii and Alaska are required by UPS to ship via 2-day air and all orders to these states will be adjusted accordingly. We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order.

  International Shipments:
  All International Shipments (excluding Canada) are shipped Via USPS Priority Mail.  We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order.

 

  Canadian Orders:
  All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Surface. We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order. However, your purchase may be subject to additional duties and charges collected by UPS on behalf of your country at the time of delivery.  Simply Sublime is not responsible for collection or reimbursement of any of these charges. 

 


Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes! For the perfect last minute gift, why not give one of our gift certificates?  They make a great last minute gift idea.  They are guaranteed to make the recipient happy.  And they carry a guaranteed Christmas arrival right through December 21 because we deliver these directly to your e-mail address. Please call 866-656-4488 for more information about purchasing a gift certificate.

 

 

Do you offer a guarantee?

  Simply Sublime believes in the the quality of every product we sell, therefore, we try to be very descriptive in the materials used for each item. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless they are damaged or flawed. Of course, If we have made an error in the personalization we will be happy to exchange it free of charge.

 

Because of the process used to make our items, even if you order an item with no personalized text on it, the item is still custom made for you and is considered "personalized" and cannot be returned.

 

 

Who pays for return shipping costs?

We pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error.

When it’s not because of our error, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping fee and less a 25% restocking fee.

  Customer is responsible for first contacting Simply Sublime regarding returns.

  All unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival.

  All returns must be sent postage paid. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.

  If you received "damaged" or "incorrect" merchandise, you have exactly 7 (seven) days upon receiving your order in which to return your merchandise. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will immediately get your replacement sent right out to you.

 

  This guarantee does not include items that are misspelled due to purchaser error. Please read instructions for personalizing and double check all spelling before submitting order.
